It's a bit sad that, on the one hand all this new technology has made our lives easier, and on the other, we need to use this same technology to connect with each other because we are more and more isolated and away from personal human contact and connection. I guess it's good to be able to communicate quickly with our families and co-workers, esp. since the shared family meal and close interaction with co-workers seem to be happening less and less.
